Strength and Balance Class is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. We will focus on posture work to increase balance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support while exercising.

How to prepare for the class:
Bottle of water
Weights, water bottles, or cans of soup
Exercise band or hand towel
Stable Chair – not a desk chair with wheels
Exercise mat or area to stretch
